Flavors of Fall Cooking Class

Chef Michael Ollier, Certified Angus Beef

You may remember back in May, when Chef Michael Ollier hosted our inaugural cooking class at the Certified Angus Beef ® Education & Culinary Center. He’s hosting a second class on Thursday, Aug. 29 at 6 p.m. The class is aimed at the finer points of braising and other slow-cooking techniques that will fill your home with the scents and flavors of autumn.

Braised pot roast

“A hearty roast with rosemary and thyme in the oven; those scents filtering through the house on a cool day in autumn — those are the sorts of things that take me back to my childhood,” Ollier says. “We’re going to make these cooking techniques less intimidating and more approachable — and help you make your own memories for you and your family.”

General classroom seating for the event is $50. There will also be four exclusive “chef’s elbow” seats offered for $75 each. Seating is limited to 50.

Join us for a delightful evening! Register now.
