  1. Great info, yum. Beef is sky hi, now. It would be great if you gave out a coupon. Sure would help. Thanks

  2. What does the term Certified Angus beef description stand for? Is it a grade or % crossbred or what. Is there a USDA Grade associated with it or a production standard
    ?

    1. Hi Stephen, Certified Angus Beef is a brand of beef. To earn that brand, beef is independently graded by the USDA. Upper Choice and Prime grade beef must then meet 10 additional specifications for quality to earn the Certified Angus Beef brand label. It’s the best of the best. You can read more about the process here: http://www.certifiedangusbeef.com/brand/grades.php And these are the Angus farmers and ranchers we work with: http://www.certifiedangusbeef.com/producers/ranchers.php?state=all
