Chef Peter’s Garlic Chili Rub
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped
  • ¼ cup chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
Instructions
  1. Stir ingredients together.
  2. Apply rub to the outside of the steak or roast.
  3. Grill to desired doneness.
