Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 tablespoon dry chives
  • 2 teaspoons ground red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground thyme
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients and use as a rub on your favorite beef cut.
  2. Grill and serve with your favorite sides.
