Every time I see this roast at the grocer I contemplate whether I should purchase. I’m always afraid of “drying it out” when roasting or grilling. I really like that it’s a solid cut of meat. The other difficulty is that a group of people is hard to please for us it’s most like rare, a few med and one well done.
