Bryan Schaaf

I’ve always had aspirations of becoming a rock star or a professional soccer player. Today, I’m a high school soccer coach and play live acoustic music around Northeast Ohio. I guess you could say I fell a little short of the goal. There is a silver lining, however. I work for Certified Angus Beef. I have become an astute grill master and meat connoisseur. I’m also blessed with a lovely wife, a son who is completely insane, and a beautiful daughter — all carnivores, which makes life perfect.
