Visiting America’s national and scenic treasures is one of Crystal’s favorite pastimes. When she can’t make the trip, historical fiction books make a fine substitute. It’s no wonder Crystal is the Certified Angus Beef historian. And she recently gathered over 30 year’s worth of materials, resulting in a brand history book. She writes stories for both beef lovers and chefs.
When not knee-deep in yesteryear,Crystal acts as chauffeur for two tweens, running them to basketball, piano lessons and more. She also assists with the local Scout troops. Crystal loves living in the country and enjoys the changing of the seasons, from planting to fall harvest. When dinner time arrives, it needs to be easy and fast, and there had better be extras for a second night’s meal!
