I have been training all my life to be qualified as a “good eater!” I consider myself to be a “sport cook” which means I most often have the luxury of playing in my kitchen on the weekends. My husband, Jon, and I truly enjoy entertaining friends and family, and beef is ALWAYS on the menu.
I have loved horses all my life and finally having one of my own took a big dip out of my bucket list! Even though Candy is now too old to ride, I still enjoy the quiet times we spend taking walks together … she really is like a big dog!
