A few weeks ago we introduced our newest project, the Certified Angus Beef ® Education & Culinary Center. Progress continues on the building and each day we’re a step closer to providing interactive demonstrations, meeting space and educational opportunities to our foodservice and retail partners. The grand opening is scheduled for the new year … and we can’t wait!
New meeting rooms are under construction at the front of the building.
It may not look like the ideal meeting room/creative thinking space right now, but in this case it takes a whirlwind to prompt a brainstorm!
The kitchen is under construction as well. This will soon take the shape of a showcase kitchen for trainings and demonstrations by chefs, meat scientists and others.
The other end of this grand space will see new walls, lighting and audio-visual equipment. Soon there will be miles of cable and cord connecting projectors, screens, speakers and all sorts of electronics to enhance this interactive educational space.
There’s still a lot of work to be done. The building will receive a paint job and the stone facade on the sides will be continued onto the new front of the building. The new grand entrance is just about completed and those meeting rooms on either side are quickly taking shape. It’s an exciting process to watch …
