Celebration Part One: dine around town

Cleveland Dining East 4th Street

Food is emotional … and whether you’re dining in a restaurant, preparing a home-cooked meal or growing the actual ingredients on a farm, ranch or in a small garden, you have some sort of attachment to the process.

Over the weekend, Certified Angus Beef ® set out to create a culinary experience like no other. The journey began in downtown Cleveland, included a custom butchery class and farm visit, and culminated in a grand opening celebration of the brand’s new Education & Culinary Center in Wooster, Ohio. It was the telling of a story … showcasing the connection between exquisite food and its humble beginnings.

It’s the Certified Angus Beef ® brand story in reverse …

We’ve captured the experience in photos and hope you’ll take the journey with us. The tale begins in Cleveland where we showcased mouthwatering cuisine …

Join us tomorrow for the next leg of the trip — Meat-cutting 101: suiting up and slicing steaks. And following that … a trip to the farm.
